In-hand training includes side-by-side walking, lunge line exercise, footwork, yielding, pressure release, and more. Elizabeth is masterful at taking simple ground work to produce exceptional athletic talent, remarkable sports savvy, and flair. Inspired by the equine dance and the harmony body, Elizabeth easily transforms any horse she works with refining them and their intrinsic skills.

Reflexion Horse is a full training service which includes riding. While the training program can make most of its developments on-ground, Elizabeth uses riding as an aid to train the horse's ability. Elizabeth is inspired by many types of horse riding techniques and trains a fusion of disciplines. Exceptional in her abilities with balance, her approach is a well practiced form of martial art.
