User agrees to indemnify Reflexion Horse LLC and its affiliates and hold Reflexion Horse LLC harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our Site, services, or products. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

User will not, whether knowingly or unknowingly, purchase and use Reflexion Horse care products if user or user's intended horse, or any other intentions of its use, is allergic to its ingredients.
