Refund Policy

Opening Statement

At Reflexion Horse, we take great care to make sure our products are sent to you safely and without damage. Our formulas are made, bottled, and shipped in-house to you. Quality checks are implemented at every step to ensure we deliver accurately. When you receive your products we want you to be fully satisfied. Here are the legally binding guidelines affecting returns and refunds we have established and abide by here at Reflexion Horse.

Returns

Due to the type of products we sell, Reflexion Horse does not offer returns. Reflexion will not approve any return for any reason to save from any potential mail discrepancy and further product damages.

Refunds

Reflexion Horse offers refunds and full or partial refunds of the order's subtotal can be returned to the buyer requesting a refund. Generally speaking, we offer full to partial refunds for most reasons. Receiving the product(s) damaged or being generally dissatisfied with the product(s) are some reasons for refunds. The product recipient must appeal for a refund within the refund period, 21 days from receiving the product(s). Customer must email our Customer Service Email Chat, hello@reflexionhorse.com, and appeal for a refund within the refund period. Write an email with the following information, and we will be happy to to assist you with the necessary steps to process your refund:

Name (First, last)

Order number

List of products that are requiring refund

Small description of reason for refund request

(Photographs may be asked to be provided if necessary)

The payment account used to purchase the items will be used as the destination for the refund. Full or partial refund amounts vary depending on variables like the amount of product that was ordered by the refund requester and the reason for requesting the refund. The refunded amount will be ensured to the recipient requesting the refund via the correspondence on the Customer Service Chat (hello@reflexionhorse.com). Funds will be processed and refunded 24-48 hours after the official refund approval email. Individual bank procedure may vary the day you receive the funds. Check with your financial institution to know how they process refunds. The refund recipient keeps the RH property and retains responsibility for its use and disposal. Unless otherwise arranged in agreement with the company and the refund requester, Reflexion Horse will not retrieve or reclaim its property from its refund requests.

Theft and scam protection

Reflexion reserves the right to protect itself against any online retail theft or refund abuse. Reflexion Horse holds the right to refuse refund requests which may be suspected of having retail theft, scam-like characteristics. Requesters will be notified of their refund rejection and the reasons for their rejection. These are inconsequential possibilities and we want to encourage customers wanting to shop. If you are operating in true business and have requested a refund, we will help.

Closing statement and future changes

At Reflexion Horse, it is important to us that you are excited about and satisfied with your experiences. We can, to the best of our ability, anticipate circumstances and episodes of bad luck out of our control. We wish to make things easy for you, for us, and to keep you as well informed on your purchases as we can. Reflexion Horse recognizes a need to remain flexible to respond to rapid changes in circumstance. We reserve the right to make decisions unique to their circumstance. We do not offer returns, we offer full or partial refunds, but we work with you first. You email us, and we'll get you situated. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and the right to accept refunds that may not be listed on this page.
