Reflexion Horse LLC owns and operates reflexionhorse.com.

Reflexion does not currently have a way for Users to store contact and payment information on the site to make future purchases such as a User's section. As Reflexion grows, users may want a way to securely and easily repurchase products, store account information, and in other ways engage with the Site. If Reflexion opens a User's section, our terms and policies will be updated to reflect that change and users will be notified of its occurrence by email.

Payment Information Collection

As the hosting platform of Reflexion Horse, Wix payment portal processes all the orders that come through reflexionhorse.com. Reflexion stores all information regarding a users interaction with the Site via Wix. This includes all past orders, and the payment information input with those orders. Reflexion does not share any payment information, with any third party, in any way, ever. (Besides the host site Wix).

As a positive consequence of having your payment information already stored with your order information, this is what we use to process any refunds a customer may request.

Users of the site have the right to obtain a copy of any data that may be stored about their party from the host site, Wix. Users also have a right to delete any data that may be stored about their party from the host site, Wix. ReflexionHorse.com has online contact forms and checkout forms which collect information input by the user. If the user chooses to use the online forms, information collected can be, but is not limited to, Name, Email address, Phone Number, Home and/or business address, and payment information.

Communication

At Reflexion, we participate in data collection for communication purposes. Reflexion will send marketing materials and informationals via email to users who wish to sign up for our newsletter. Users can subscribe to newsletters using the form that is in the footer of each page.

Reflexion might also contact users individually via email or phone number regarding order details using contact information provided at checkout.

Reflexionhorse.com is currently hosted by Wix.com making it a third-party to all the information that comes through the website. Information that is input to reflexionhorse.com is processed and stored on Wix.com. This includes payment, shipping, and contact information. Reflexion uses Wix Shipments, partnered with Shippo, to print shipping labels and fulfill shippments. Shippo is a third-party app which has partnered with Wix to purchase and print shipping labels at discounted prices for users of Wix. Users of reflexionhorse.com can obtain a copy of the data stored on Wix regarding their party; Users can also have data deleted. As a part of generating online traffic, Reflexion runs paid ad campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook ads, and Pinterest ads. These companies track certain behaviors of their users and create a sort of guestimation profile of what a user is like. This information is used to target ads to the demographic goals of advertisements and to people who are likely to engage with the ad. Information typically "guessed" about a user in their profile can be, but is not limited to, age, location, ethnicity, interests and hobbies, and marital status. As a user of Google, Pinterest, and Facebook ads, I can pay to have my marketing materials shown to certain audiences via the profile guesstimations gathered on their users. Reflexion has third-party links on our website for our social media accounts. You can find the links on our contact forms or in the footer of the website. Social media accounts that are owned by Reflexion Horse are linked on our website. Social media accounts are a means of communication and interaction with customers and can be used by customers as a means of contact with the Company.
