Our privacy policy informs you of our policies regarding your privacy and how we protect it. This page outlines the practices of how we collect, use, and disclose the personal information we receive from Users of the Site. We use the information we collect to process payments, contact users, study analytics, and otherwise improve the user experience. Our Site uses a cookies consent banner which asks User's to accept or decline our cookies. Cookies are little pieces of data a website stores on a user's computer to remember the user. A User of reflexionhorse.com can accept or decline the use of cookies when prompted by the banner. Information collection and use

While using our Site, we may ask for and collect personal information which can be used to identity and contact you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to first and last name, email, and phone number. User assumes that inputing any information to any open type field on a Site's form may be recorded and stored on the hosting site Wix. Declining the cookies banner may disrupt the collection of data.

Reflexion does not currently have a way for Users to store contact or payment information on the Site to make subscription or future purchases such as a User's section. As Reflexion Horse grows, Users may want a way to securely and easily repurchase products, store account information, and in other ways engage with the Site. If Reflexion Horse opens a User's section, our terms and policies will be updated to reflect that change and users will be notified of its occurrence by email.

Payment and orders information collection

As the hosting platform of Reflexion Horse, Wix payment portal processes all the orders that come through reflexionhorse.com. Reflexion Horse stores all information regarding a User's interaction with the Site via Wix. This includes all past orders and information input with the orders, including payment information. Reflexion does not share any payment information, with any third party, in any way, ever. The payment information already stored with a customer's order information is what we use to process refunds that a customer may request.

Users of the Site have the right to obtain a copy of any data that may be stored about their party from the host site, Wix. Users also have a right to delete any data that may be stored about their party from the host site, Wix. Please contact our Customer Support chat, info@reflexionhorse.com, with a statement requesting a copy of the data regarding your party, or a data deletion. If there is data to be found on a User, data can be deleted upon each request. Keep in mind, any action taken by or relating to the User's interaction with the Site after the request will continue to be stored and not be deleted. User's also should be aware that Reflexion Horse may keep legally-required information regarding their orders even if their data is deleted from the host site Wix.

Online forms and checkout

ReflexionHorse.com has online contact forms and checkout forms which collect information input by the User. If the User chooses to use the online forms, information collected can be, but is not limited to: name, email address, phone number, mailing/billing addresses, company name, and payment information.

Communication

At Reflexion, we participate in data collection for communication purposes. Reflexion will send marketing materials and information via email to Users who agree to such communication by signing up for our newsletter. Users can subscribe to our newsletter using the form that is in the footer of our website.

Reflexion might need to contact users individually via email or phone number regarding their order details using contact information they provided at checkout.

Third parties and analytics tools

Reflexionhorse.com is currently hosted by Wix.com making it a third-party to all the information that comes through the website. Information that is input to reflexionhorse.com is processed and stored on Wix.com. This includes payment, shipping, and contact information. Reflexion uses Wix Shipments, partnered with Shippo, to print shipping labels and fulfill shipments. Shippo is a third-party app which has partnered with Wix to purchase and print shipping labels at discounted prices for users of Wix. Users of reflexionhorse.com can obtain a copy of the data stored on Wix regarding their party; Users can also have data deleted. The Site, reflexionhorse.com, uses part of Google's array of products including Google Analytics and Google Search Console as tools to better understand the traffic coming to and going through the website, to understand the site's SEO performance, and to improve the site. Analytics are a necessary function to the operations of running an online store and give clear insight into the health of our User engagement. Google Analytics measures the following events and benchmarks: page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, video engagement, file downloads, form interactions, and other content interactions. Google Analytics is unlike the analytics of our host party Wix, in that Google Analytics is not receiving any personally identifiable information about Users of reflexionhorse.com. Our Google Analytics and Google Search Console property (reflexionhorse.com) is linked and shares data directly between each other regarding the relationship our site has with views and engagements occurring on Google. Google does not collect personally identifiable information from the Search Console regarding reflexionhorse.com viewers and engagement unless otherwise agreed to by the viewer/user with their Google Ads Personalization. Reflexion Horse uses Google Merchant Center as a channel to extend our store front into the Google Shopping service. The Reflexion Horse store and its products display on Google Shopping results and link to our website. When User's click on our google shopping product cards, they are redirected to reflexionhorse.com and our product/shop pages. Our Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics accounts are linked so that Google Merchant Center may track the "key event" of a click on our Google Shopping product cards leading to a purchase of that item. Linked to Google Analytics (or manually to the website property itself), Google Merchant Center more accurately assesses the data and progress pertaining to our Google Shopping product engagements and sales conversions.

As a part of generating online traffic, Reflexion Horse periodically runs paid ad campaigns through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads, and Pinterest ads. These companies track certain behaviors of their users and create a, sort of, guesstimation profile of what a user is like (Ads Personalization). This information is used to target ads to the demographic goals of advertisers and to put advertisements in front of people who are likely to engage with them. Information typically "guessed" about a user in their profile can be, but is not limited to: age, location, ethnicity, interests and hobbies, and marital status. As a user of Google, Pinterest, and Meta Ads, advertisers can pay to have their marketing materials shown to certain audiences via the profile guesstimations gathered on the platform's users. The Site, reflexionhorse.com, has third-party links on our website to our social media accounts. You can find the links on our Contact forms or in the footer of the website. Social media accounts that are owned by Reflexion Horse are linked on our website. Social media accounts are a means of communication and interaction with a consumer base and can be used by consumers as a means to contact the company.
