Opening Statement

We detail our shipping structure and policies on this page. We want you to feel confident that when you purchase from Reflexion Horse as a customer, you will receive your package containing your products quickly, safely, and without breaking the bank. Reflexion strives to keep our shipping prices low. We wish to see a future where Reflexion Horse has all free shipping. We don't want shipping to be a barrier for customers who wish to use and keep using Reflexion Horse. That said, here are the legally binding guidelines for shipping which we have established and abide by here at Reflexion Horse.

Shipping options

Our shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the product(s) in an order. Due to the type of products we sell, and the business structure we have, using the weight of the products being purchased by the customer ensures we get the most accurate shipping type at the best prices. The products listed on our store are preloaded into the store's inventory with their average item weight and the fixed units are automatically added together according to the customer's order for their checkout. Our checkout process matches its calculations to our Shipping Profiles and automatically applies the available shipping price for the customer to select on their order. Below are the details outlining our current Shipping Profiles:

Domestic Standard Shipping

At standard shipping, the customer is paying for standard ground shipping. For standard shipping, customers can expect our weight-to-cost ratio to be the following:

0-4 pounds: $5

4-11 pounds: $7

11-22 pounds: $11

22+ pounds: $15

Free Shipping (Las Cruces Locals)

Qualifying addresses in Las Cruces, New Mexico and surrounding areas can select a free shipping option at checkout. Feel free to waive your shipping fees on every purchase you make at Reflexion Horse. The address radius may include up to Hatch and Vado. Customers who qualify must select this option in the shipping portion of their checkout process.

Reflexion uses competitive shipping prices to choose a shipment carrier. Customers can generally expect USPS for small shipments (0-4 pounds), and USPS, UPS, or FedEx for larger, heavier packages. Tracking is included in the shipping price which allows customers to view detailed information about when they will receive their package from the carrier. Customers can expect packages to be delivered 3-7 business days after they are shipped.

Once an order is confirmed, the package will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Customers will be sent order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking via the email they provide at checkout from our Customer Service Chat email (info@reflexionhorse.com).

Handmade, to order item clause

We hand-make our wash care products for horses to order for our customers when they make a purchase from our store. Our business-magic, order fulfillment process guarantees orders can be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. To account for rare, necessary product remakes that take longer than the normal processing period of 2-3 business days, we are adding a "Handmade, to order item" clause to our Shipping Policy extending possible ship times 1-2 business days; a total processing period of 3-5 business days. Our handmade products sit 24 hours as a quality step after they are made and before they are sent to customers. The first time the product(s) settle is a crucial indicator that the product was made well. Customers will be notified of any divergence from the normal shipping period of 2-3 business days that affects their order via the email or contact information they provide with their order.

What to expect?

Our shipping procedures are a significant part of your relationship with us. Our thoughtful practices make sure it's breezy and exciting. You can expect your products to come closed in a bottle cap, sealed, and wrapped in bubble wrap for safe shipping. Expect the contents of the bottled products to be in any state of shaken or separated from handling during shipping. The trigger sprayer complement parts will be placed into the box alongside the ship safe products and packed safely for shipping. Our items come with a few extra goodies and brand materials. You can expect to receive with your order the following shipping documents: the printed order receipt, a Best Use Suggestions Letter, The Ingredients Sheet, an Attention: General Caution slip, a handwritten thank you note, and periodical printed marketing materials. You can expect branded packaging and shipment appearances where we express our brand identity to you and thank you for being our customer.

International Shipping

Reflexion Horse does not currently offer international shipping. As a small business, international shipping can be deep in infrastructure and seriously expensive. We want to make sure our process happens with ease and diligence; also, we don't want to charge $50 shipping fees to our international friends. A working and affordable international shipping structure is something we wish to add to Reflexion Horse. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause. Don't worry, we are working hard to overcome these barriers.
