We detail our shipping structure and policies on this page. We want you to feel confident that when you purchase from Reflexion Horse as a customer, you will receive your package containing your products quickly, thoughtfully, and without breaking the bank. Reflexion Horse strives to keep our shipping prices low and even wishes to see a future where Reflexion Horse has all free shipping. We don't want shipping to be a barrier for customers who wish to use and keep using Reflexion Horse. That said, here are the legally binding guidelines for shipping which we have established and abide by here at Reflexion Horse.

Shipping options

Our shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of product(s) in an order. Due to the type of products we sell, and the business structure we have, using the weight of products being purchased by the customer ensures we get, most accurately, the shipping type and the best price. Our store inventory keeps a unique average item weight uploaded with each product and the fixed units are automatically added together according to the customer's order for their checkout. Our checkout process matches calculations and automatically applies the appropriate shipping price from the right Shipping Profile. If the customer is delivering to a qualified address, the customer will have options to select between the different Shipping Profiles. Below are the details outlining our current Shipping Profiles:

Domestic Standard Shipping

At standard shipping, the customer is paying for standard ground shipping. For standard shipping, customers can expect our weight-to-cost ratio to be the following:

0-4 pounds: $6

4-11 pounds: $9

11-20 pounds: $12

20-29 pounds: $16

29+ pounds: $22

Free Shipping (Las Cruces Locals)

Delivery destinations with a qualifying address in Las Cruces, New Mexico or surrounding areas can select a free shipping option at checkout: Free Shipping (Las Cruces Locals). Customers who qualify must select this option in the shipping portion of their checkout process. Feel free to waive shipping fees on every qualifying purchase made at Reflexion Horse. The address radius may include up to Hatch and Vado.

Reflexion Horse uses competitive shipping prices to choose a shipment carrier. Customers can generally expect USPS for small shipments (0-4 pounds), and USPS, UPS, or FedEx for larger, heavier packages. Tracking is included in the shipping price which allows customers to view detailed information about when they will receive their package from the carrier. Customers can expect packages to be delivered 3-7 business days after they are shipped.

Once an order is confirmed, the package will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Customers will be sent order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking via the email they provide at checkout from a no-reply website email.

Made to order items clause

As it stands, Reflexion Horse makes all of our wash care products for horses to order for customers when they make a purchase from our website. Though Reflexion Horse may seem like a traditional store, RH has been built to be adaptable, eco-friendly, and low waste. Our business-magic, order fulfillment process guarantees orders can be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. To account for rare, necessary remakes of products that take longer than the normal processing period of 2-3 business days, we add a Made to order item clause to our Shipping Policy extending possible ship times 1-2 business days; a total processing period of 3-5 business days. Customers will be notified of any divergence from a normal shipping period of 2-3 business days that affects their order via the email or contact information they provide with their order.

What to expect?

Our shipping procedures are a significant part of our relationship to you. Our thoughtful practices make sure it's breezy and exciting. You can expect your products to come closed in a bottle cap, effectively sealed, and wrapped in bubble wrap for safe shipping. The product dispenser complement part(s) (trigger sprayers) will be placed with the product(s) into the box and packed safely for shipping. Expect the contents of bottled formulas to be in any state of shaken or rested (separated) from handling during shipping. Our shipments come packed with a few extra goodies and brand materials. You can expect to receive with your order the following shipping documents: the printed order Receipt, a Best Use Suggestions Letter from the Reflexion Horse founder, an Attention: Your Caution slip, a handwritten thank you note or thank you notes, and periodic print marketing material. Reflexion Horse strives most for a sustainable model but you can expect branded packaging and shipment appearances where we express our brand identity to you and thank you for being our customer.

International Shipping

Reflexion Horse does not currently offer international shipping...and we are so sorry.

As a small business, shipping packages internationally can be unattainable and seriously expensive. We want to make sure our customer satisfaction is high. One of our proactive customer service commitments is a shipping process that happens with diligence and is easy for the customer. Also, we don't want to charge $60 shipping fees to our international friends.

Reflexion Horse wishes to add rad, working International Shipping Profiles to its store in the future. We apologize for any temporary disappointment this may cause anyone. Don't worry, we are working hard to overcome this barrier.
